Jessica Raymond – Owner. Vinyasa Flow. Kettle Bell Yoga. Kids Fitness. Turbo Kick Live– Jessica has been practicing yoga personally for over 15 years and recently became a 300 hour certified Vinyasa teacher through the Aura Wellness Center. Together with her husband, family, and friends, rSpace was created to make people feel “at home” and comfortable in their own skin when they walked in the door. Jessica believes that yoga truly is for everybody and that by uniting the mind, body, and spirit we are able to discover the best version of ourselves.
Jill Peterson – Vinyasa Flow. Buti Yoga. Aerial Yoga. Yin Yoga. Thai Chi Massage. – Jill has been teaching yoga since 2009. Jill believes that yoga is a great way to connect with yourself and others and can provide tools to deal with the stressors of modern living. Jill provides an excellent practice for all levels and is very knowledgable on how to use yoga to help the body work best.
Jill Gregory – POUND. Jill is a certified POUND instructor who lives by the philosophy of “just keep moving!” Whether it’s weight training, triathlon, or talking a walk in the woods, Jill wants you to join her in making some noise and having some fun while getting healthy!!
Amanda Gerwitz- AMP’D Fusion & PiYo. Amanda is a middle school math teacher by nature who after the birth of her second son had the opportunity to stay home. While inspired on her own fitness journey, she became certified in PiYo with a strong desire to help others. Since then she quickly fell in love with helping others reach their goals of becoming stronger and healthier. In February 2017, Amanda went back for her second certification in AMP’D Resistance Bands and AMP’D Kettle Bell. Each class she teaches offers modifications, is fun and exciting!
Melissa Hartnett – Brazilian Booty Extreme, 30 Minute Core Conditioning. Melissa Golder (soon to be Hartnett) grew up in Springville and have lived in the surrounding area for the past 15 years. I just moved back to Boston and am beyond excited to be back in this community. Fitness has always been important to me and love sharing my passion with others. I have ran five marathons and four half marathons and enjoy doing programs like 21 Day Fix, Insanity, P90X, and Hammer and Chisel. I got into yoga a few months ago to help with strength and flexibility but it has helped me with so much more. Yoga is a time for me to let go of my “to do” list and concentrate on the moment. I strongly believe it helps tremendously with anxiety. I notice when I wake up in the morning and do some kind of yoga, I am more patient and enjoy the day more. I just became yoga certified and want to share the benefits with others. I am overjoyed to work with such amazing people at rSpace and look forward to an amazing summer!
Kahley Cuff – All Levels Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Partner Synergy Yoga. Kahley has been teaching yoga since 2013, trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Synergistic Partner Yoga. Her classes reflect the inevitable truth that everything changes all the time. Kahley’s classes encourage you to move consciously, slowly and uniquely through love and promises you will not be in the same space you were at the start of class.
