All Levels Vinyasa Flow: During this practice we will move through traditional Vinyasa sequence providing modifications for all levels. This sequence is a movement based practiced, moving with the flow of the breath. This class is suitable for beginners as well as students with a developed practice. In this class focus will be on creating a harmonious balance of strength and flexibility.
Slow Flow Yoga – Slow Flow Yoga is a deeply meditative practice designed to release tension from the connective tissues of the body. The poses are typically prone or seated and held 3-5 minutes each. This practice creates a relaxing effect in both body and mind.
Aerial Yoga: Come fly with us! Combining the traditional flow of a Vinyasa class with the aid of a yoga hammock. This class is suitable for all levels and can be modified for beginners. With the help of gravity and the hammocks, we can playfully explore floating, fluid movements and create space in our bodies without compressing our joints and spine. With practice, the feeling in the body is exquisite.
Hatha Yoga : Hatha Yoga is most often used to describe gentle, basic yoga classes with no flow between poses. Expect a slower-paced stretching class with some basic breathing exercises and meditation at the end of the class. Hatha classes are a good place to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. This is a great way to strengthen or establish the foundation to a strong daily practice and move towards self-healing while toning the body and cleansing the mind.
Kid’s Yoga: Designed for our little yogi’s, Kid’s yoga is meant to teach basic movement and healthy lifestyle techniques. Kids 12 and under will be engaged is a series of postures as well as breathing practices.
Power Flow: Power Flow is an energetic, powerful, challenging style that encourages the exploration of your mat and your body. You will be encouraged to get curious about your practice, step outside your comfort zone, and play your edge in each and every pose. Built in with flow, playfulness, and a whole lot of sweat, power yoga will leave you feeling rinsed, detoxed, and rejuvenated.
Kettle Bell Conditioning: A Space favorite class back on the schedule! Join us as we use kettle bells working every inch of your body for a maximum, calorie torching class! Modifications available – all levels welcome.

Buti Yoga: Buti Yoga is a tribe of empowered women who support each other in their quest for health and happiness. The movement methodology is drawn from primal movement, tribal dance and ancient yoga techniques to awaken the Shakti energy and free the mind. Utilizing a blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep toning, this workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation.
Turbo Kick LIVE: Turbo Kick LIVE is the hottest exercise class around that burns up to 1000 calories in an hour! It’s kickboxing, but it’s so much more! You’ll kick, punch and groove your way to a brand new body in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. Beat the Clock: Beat the Clock is an interval training class consisting of strength training, plyometrics, and agility training. Test yourself as you challenge yourself to complete each set before the time runs out. With over 30 moves in 45 minutes you’re entire body will be getting a head to toe workout!
AMP’D Fusion – A perfect mix of Resistance Bands and Kettle Bells set to upbeat, fun music! This class is designed to tone the entire body head to toe leaving you feeling fantastic! Accessible to all fitness levels and recommended for anyone looking to improve their overall strength.
Mat Pilates – A total body workout that brings awareness to the mind, body and spirit. Using the six foundations of Pilates which include centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow you will strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and tone the body.
